CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that can be applied to pretty much everyone. From elite athletes to the Police and the Fire Brigade, to Mums and Bubs and even Kids. If you’re interested in moving your body, it is for you! CrossFit will allow you to reach new levels of performance with the program designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of his or her experience.

CrossFit Balaclava was born out of our desire for a community of optimal health. Over the years, our membership base has grown into a thriving, health-oriented and interactive community. This is due largely to the high level of energy and professionalism of the Coaches.

We inspire you to learn by using your mind as well as your body to get fit with ever changing workouts that incorporate body weight exercises, weightlifting movements and a variety of high intensity workouts that combine cardio and strength challenges.
