With one of the largest CrossFit facilities in Australia, just off bustling Carlise Street, CrossFit Balaclava is able to provide an unmatched depth and breadth of programming. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, meaning anyone in any shape is catered for. We pride ourselves on providing safe, effective programs for all fitness levels, from the absolute beginner, to advanced athlete. You will be guided in all areas to improve your strength, coordination, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility/range of motion. Our work outs are ‘constantly varied’, meaning you will experience a different WOD (work out of the day) each day, incorporating body weight exercises, gymnastics, weightlifting movements and a variety of cardiovascular and strength training.
The high level of energy and professionalism of our coaches will ensure that you are kept accountable and are helped to reach and exceed your health and fitness goals in a fun, challenging and supportive environment. We offer a training program which emphasises the importance of working on your weaknesses as well as your strengths. Our members come from all walks of life, with a huge range in age, fitness and ability, from beginners to experienced CrossFitters.
