New To CrossFit ?
If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete our Introduction/Fundamentals Course, which is a minimum of 1 private 60 minute session with a coach before joining the classes. Additional sessions are available if needed.
Our primary goal in these sessions is to educate you and prepare you to join the group CrossFit classes with confidence. We will identify your own unique strengths and weaknesses to help you get the most out of your training.
You will learn correct and safe lifting technique with lighter weight to focus on developing a strong technical base. We prioritise learning correct movement patterns before adding any weight.
Our expert coaches will take you thorough a warm up/mobility piece, a skill development component and a small CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) to finish the session. We will also discuss your goals and what you want to achieve out of joining our gym!
These sessions are separate from the main class timetable and can be booked in most days at a time that suits you.
