Nicky Williams ( Beginners / Intro Coach )
Nicky ensures that all newcomers to CrossFit Balaclava are well prepared to advance into the group sessions by covering all the technical components of the movements.
Nicky was born and raised in New Zealand and received her PT and CrossFit Level 1 trainer qualifications in Auckland. Having started CrossFit in 2012, Nicky specialises and is passionate about Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting. Nicky is extremely passionate about the impact weight lifting and exercising in general can have on ones self, physically and mentally.
Nicky recognises how important good health and fitness is to her clients and ensures they get 100% out of every session with her, with her undivided attention and careful programming she pushes her clients to reach their fitness goals, while enjoying the process along the way. She loves to see the confidence build in her clients as they get fitter, stronger and healthier.
