Holly Davies ( CrossFit Coach )
Holly is the newest member to our Coaching Team and has always been an athlete throughout school and university, participating in high levels of netball, athletics, judo, swimming and half marathons.
With her elite fitness, she started CrossFit 5 years ago and was hooked from day 1.
Originally from the UK, she taught as a PT and gained her Level 1 British CrossFit and Weightlifting Qualifications.
Holly has competed in many competitions back in the UK, and prefers to compete as a pair/team as she loves the community and comrade aspect that comes with CrossFit.
Holly inspires our athletes with her positive attitude, support and clear love of helping them learn new skills and get stronger and fitter.
