If you are thinking of giving CrossFit a go, you cant go past CrossFit Balaclava. I didn’t know much about CrossFit when I started but I was looking to find something to keep me in shape. I thought I would last a month or 2, but I’ve been hitting Balaclava regularly for about 2 years.

The first month is the hardest. The coaches at the gym made sure I learnt how to execute all the moves and continued to encourage me each and every class.

The gym has everything you need. There are plenty of different coaches, equipment and class times. And the best thing is there are no minimum fitness requirements and each session you are able to compete against some new mates.
