Free Trial Class

CrossFit Balaclava is more than simply a gym to work out at. It is a community who inspire and encourage each other every day. It is difficult to experience everything our gym has to offer in one sessions, so we are offering an entire week with no obligation, no pressure and no judgements.

Crossfit is for everybody. Every workout is totally scaleable and each individual can work to their own fitness level.

CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes consist of a combination of Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and Strength components along with gymnastics, skills and drills, and incorporate a mix of High Intensity and longer duration cardio sessions. Every day brings something new, but our programs apply a 6 week structure to ensure everyone is progressing along the way. 

CrossFit is for everybody. Every workout is totally scaleable and each individual can work to their own fitness level.

Kids Fitness

CrossFit Balaclava has launched their kids program their program, targeting at 6-12 year olds.
Our Kids classes are designed to empower children with healthy fitness habits whilst having fun, burning energy and learning physical skills and functional movements. The skills and principles taught will develop your childs ten general physical skills;

  • Cardio-respiratory endurance
  • Power
  • Strength
  • Stamina
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy
  • Coordination

We combine parts of gymnastics, bodyweight movements and running in a fun and inclusive environment to build confidence and ensure interest is maintained with ever changing workouts.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

Open Gym

If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track.

Weightlifting Class

This class will take all participants through the complete technical progressions of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and all associated movements including Power Snatch, Power Clean, Power Jerk, Hang variations Squat and pulling progressions. You will receive specific feedback and critique from the coach on your technique and execution of these lifts.

Gymnastics Class

Our Gymnastics class incorporate all bodyweight movements including handstand push ups, walking and holds, bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups, toes to bars, core stability and much more.

The class will focus on teaching you skills and giving you guided practice at those skills. Improving your gymnastic skills will improve your performance in high intensity exercise during the week.

HIIT Class

45 min High intensity interval class. No barbells, lots of sweat and loud music. Heaps of fun!
